此工具介面可以讓使用者針對12種文獻集：《明清檔案》、《古契書》、《淡新檔案》、《宋會要》、《明實錄》、《清實錄》、《朝鮮王朝實錄》、《藝文類聚》、《太平御覽》、《資治通鑑》、《冊府元龜》、《二十五史》的內容進行關鍵字詞前後綴詞的分析。若欲分析《明清檔案》中「XX主義」出現的情形，可選擇文獻集《明清檔案》，並在關鍵詞輸入「主義」、左方綴詞字數選擇「2」。若欲針對全文含有特定詞彙的文件進行分析，例如：欲分析全文含有「劉銘傳」的「XX主義」，除了填寫關鍵詞與左綴字數外，另須於「全文需含有詞彙」欄位填入「劉銘傳」。

This tool allows term proximate analyses for 12 literature collections: Ming-Qing Archives, Old Land Deeds Archives, Tan-Hsin Archives, Song Huiyao, Ming Record, Qing Record, Record of the Joseon Dynasty, Yiwen Leiju, Taipin Yulan, Zizhi Tongjian, Prime tortoise of the record bureau (Cefu Yuangui), and Twenty-five History.

If one wants to analyze whether there is any description about “doctrine X” in Ming and Qing Archives, one can choose the collection Ming and Qing Archives and key in “doctrine” and choose “2” for the left conjugated word count. For example, if you want to analyze all literatures containing both “Liu Ming-chuan” and “XX Doctrine”, you need to enter “Liu Ming-chuan” in the column of “words needed to be contained in the full text” in addition to the key words and conjugated words on the left side.
